Position : Human Resource Manager
Location : Head Office of The MCCHS Ltd.
Working Time : Full-Time (11:00am – 8:00pm)
Salary : Negotiable
The Metropolitan Christian Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. is a Co-operative organization dedicated to solving the housing problems of its members. This institution is under registered by the Directorate of Co-operatives and will recruit a HR Manager for its Head Office. The eligible candidates are invited to apply:
Educational Qualification:
MBA (HRM)/Post Graduation Degree in HRM/PGDHRM/Business Management or a related field will be preferable.
Job Experience:
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager, Administrator or similar role around 5 years to 10 years
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles of human resources and Knowledge of office procedures and Labor Law.
- Computer literacy and ability to use related software for HR management.
- Ability to create accountability and lead by example and Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
- Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Operational Responsibility:
- Facilitate yearly training and development program for staffs.
- Set KPI and Target base policy for the staffs throughout the organization.
- Liaise and facilitate HR activities for other sister concern organizations of the MCCHS Ltd.
- Ensure all necessary HR policies, records, documents and recruitment records are filled properly in both printed and soft copies.
- Develop, Implement and Monitor overall HR strategies, HR policies, process, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Develop and Implement employee engagement strategies that create a positive workplace, culture and poster employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Contribute and ensure process automation in overall HR function such as Recruitment, Training and Development of The MCCHSL operations.
- Act as the key point of handling staff queries.
- Raise PR (Public relations) for any HR related activities.
- Assist on arranging interview scheduling and contact the candidates.
- Complete scanning of our existing staff files as part of E-files project under phase I and upload the files in categorized folders in E-files workspace under phase II.
- Prepare letters related to promotion, transfers and updating our database accordingly.
- Managing probation for new staff, giving reminders to line managers, preparing confirmation letters and Promotion letters with justification and KPI.
